Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy explains how NOMAMARE d.o.o. za trgovinu i usluge, operating the BOVART store at www.bovart.com, uses cookies and similar technologies. Our Privacy Policy explains the associated use of personal data and your rights.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and other identifiers. They can support a shopping session, remember preferences or, where you consent, measure behaviour and advertising.

A session cookie normally expires when the browser session ends. A persistent cookie remains until it expires or is deleted. First-party cookies are set for our website; third-party technologies involve other providers.

2. Your choices

We use Pressidium Cookie Consent to provide the consent banner and Cookie settings. You can accept all optional categories, reject non-essential technologies or save selected preferences. Optional categories are off until you choose to allow them.

You can reopen Cookie settings through the website’s cookie preferences control at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future consent-dependent tracking; it does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Necessary technologies remain available so the store, cart, checkout and consent controls can work. Refusing marketing tracking does not prevent an ordinary purchase or the processing of information needed to fulfil it.

3. Strictly necessary technologies

These support functions you request or the secure operation of the service, such as:

  • WooCommerce shopping cart, checkout and session functions.
  • Login and account functions, if used.
  • Recording and applying cookie choices.
  • Security, fraud prevention and essential payment functions.

They are used without cookie consent only to the extent that they qualify for the legal exemption for transmission or a service you expressly request. A provider’s label of “essential” does not by itself determine that exemption.

4. Preferences and promotional forms

Preference technologies can remember optional choices or interactions with forms. Omnisend may use browser storage to remember whether a popup was closed or completed and to control how forms are displayed.

Where those technologies are not strictly necessary for a service you request, they are subject to the relevant optional consent category. Behavioural identification and promotional tracking are not treated as necessary merely because they are associated with a form.

5. Marketing and measurement

Omnisend can use identifiers and activity events to understand product views, carts and checkouts, support permitted abandoned-cart reminders and measure marketing. Consent-dependent website tracking begins only after you allow the relevant category.

If Meta tools are enabled, the Meta Pixel and related identifiers may measure advertising conversions, build audiences and support relevant or retargeted advertising. Events may include views, additions to a cart and purchases. These tools are subject to marketing consent.

Where a server-side advertising integration such as Meta’s Conversions API is enabled, it must also respect the relevant consent choice. Sending an event from a server does not remove applicable consent or data-protection requirements.

Some measurement may link activity to a known contact or account. Information about matching, recipients and international transfers is provided in the Privacy Policy.

6. Providers and individual storage details

The technologies relevant to this store include WordPress and WooCommerce store functions, Pressidium consent management, Omnisend forms and marketing, Viva payment services, and Meta advertising tools where enabled. Hostinger provides hosting and email services.

Cookie settings lists the individual items configured for this website, including their names, providers or domains, purposes, categories and storage periods. Availability can depend on which features you use and which categories you allow. The list is updated when the configuration changes.

For more information about provider practices, see Omnisend, Viva, Meta and Hostinger.

7. Newsletter and email choices

Accepting marketing cookies does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter, and subscribing does not automatically permit all website tracking.

Tracking pixels or personalised tracking links inside emails are managed through the relevant email consent and preference controls, not simply through the website banner. The Privacy Policy explains this distinction and how to withdraw the relevant consent.

8. Browser controls and changes

You can also delete cookies and manage browser storage in your browser settings. Deleting a consent cookie may cause the banner to ask for your choices again. Browser blocking of necessary cookies may affect a cart, login or checkout.

We update this policy when our technologies or requirements change. A material change to consent-dependent processing may require a new choice.
